50 % Off Follow Up Session
Many horses benefit from a follow-up session after their initial treatment, not only to continue supporting their comfort and movement, but also to assess how they have responded since their last appointment.
Mick values follow-up sessions as an opportunity to gather important information about your horse's progress, determine whether the adjustments made have held, observe any changes in movement, posture or behaviour, and hear how both you and your horse have been since the previous visit. This helps guide future treatment decisions and ensures your horse receives care that is responsive to their individual needs.
If Mick is returning to your area, follow-up appointments are available at 50% off the standard treatment fee when booked on his next scheduled visit. This allows us to continue supporting your horse's wellbeing while keeping travel costs to a minimum.
Booking & Travel Policy
Late Cancellations & Changes
As our service involves travelling throughout South East Queensland, each run is carefully planned to make the best use of travel time while keeping travel costs included within your session fee.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and your horse(s). Whether your booking is for one horse or several, we plan our travel schedule and daily appointments around the time allocated to your booking.
For this reason, we kindly ask that any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes to the number of horses booked are made with at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or bookings where the number of horses is reduced on the day, may incur the original booking fee for the cancelled appointment or horse.
This helps cover the travel time and appointment space that has been reserved and is often unable to be filled at short notice.
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and, wherever possible, we will always approach these situations with understanding and flexibility.
